In some states they employ 14 year olds if you have a WORKERS PERMIT, such as you said in FLORIDA, but you are most likely not going to be hired because you wont be able to operate certain things such as the FRIER or anything in the Kitchen because it is too dangerous, same goes for age 15, UNTIL You are 16 YEARS old then you wont need a permit and will be able to do any job at MCDONALDS.

In Britain i hope school leaving age. Make sure you are not abused and get a fair pay for what u do. My boyfriends nephew started at Mc Donalds and is now a trainee manager so there maybe a job prospect somewhere. He is 19 now but earning above minimum wage and also enjoys his job.
