don't worry, 18 is the age of majority here in France. Not only can you get a hotel room in Paris, but you also can drink as much alcohol as you like!

Carry your debit/credit cards and be very protective of them. Th US Dollar is so bad now.  $1.55 to buy 1 Euro.
