Who talks like that? Referring to anyone as 'you lot" is just rude. Are you addressing Yahoo? You should contact their corporate office, and I'm thinking 16 is too young - they probably mostly hire college graduates. McDonald's, BK, would probably be suitable for someone with your qualifications and demeanor. When you get older I think you'll be a perfect candidate for AT&T.

For us lot? You mean parents? Get some qualifications first and then people may consider you able to look after their children.
