Who knows? He is trying to get a driving license and owns his own house while he is still in elementary school. But according to the link below (wikianswers), he is 19 years old (One episode he held up his driving license and it said age 19) But he is definitely a kid at heart :)

he is 42 yrs old but he has the mental capacity of a 4---9 yr old

I think he is a kid who doesn't think he's pleasant but has a very good heart. But his voice is very mature, since he's dubbed by a middle aged man.
