  1. friendly

  2. Physical age is not at all a factor. But a kinderfarden techer should have his/her mental age same that of the children and try to share her/his knowledge with them.

  3. I don't think that age is as important as competency in teaching methods/classroom management/etc., however, kindergarten is a lot easier for young, energetic teachers because young kids are so full of energy! I would see if I could watch her in the classroom and ask myself these questions: does she circulate throughout the classroom or sit in one spot? Does she seem to have good control over the classroom without yelling/losing patience? Do the students seem to like her? Other teachers? It really depends on the individual more than the age.

  4. probably about in her 30's not in her 80's or 70's that s just wrong

  5. Age does not have anything to do with the quality of a teacher. That's like asking what religion should a kindergarden teacher be....or what color hair..or what gender.

You might look at more important qualities like..how well does he/she relate to the students, how current are the strategies used, and how well the students are learning.

  6. Old enough to have a credential and young enough to care about kids.

  7. over 22 and under 65

  8. in her/his early thirtys, maybe late twentys. they need to be good with kids. usualy the young ones are better with kids.

    :]

  9. Twenty's/Thirty's - They at least need to have tons of energy, to keep the children stimulated.

  10. I think as long as they are capable of teaching.  But I think they should set a maximum age of 65, by then they should be ready for retirement.  But they should also be older than 20.

  11. around 24-37

  12. Between 25 and 65

  13. As long as the teacher loves children and has enough energy, it doesn`t matter what age they are! Some of the best teachers I have ever had or met were in their 50s and 60s. Young people may have a lot of energy and may be good looking and know all the latest songs, techniques and games, but that doesn`t make them wonderful teachers anymore than being over 40 with a few wrinkles and old fashioned games and songs makes someone a bad teacher.

  14. You are asking about age discrimination, it's illegal. Old or young does not matter. It's about heart and a love of their job and wanting to see children succeed.

  15. how old are you?

  16. i thnk she/he shld be in her/his late 20's cause by tat time they will kno how to handle ppl and it is the time when they would want to enjoy life and small children make us feel happy!

  17. 20-27

  18. I am not sure age matters. I think more so its the teacher qualifications and  ability to be a good teacher that would count. I remember my kindergarten teacher,  Ms. Lemon; was well into her sixties if not older and she was an excellent teacher.

  19. It shouldn't matter as long as she can still teach the children! Why worry about age? There's a 90-something year old teacher still teaching Kg in Chicago and she's probably better than 99% of the young teachers. She has much more experience and is still very much with it. Don't let age worry you.

  20. I firmly believe that as long as one is able of doing the job that is all that should matter.  Children need to develop their social skills so communiating with persons of all ages is natural.  Again once she is capable of doing the job, it is like having a grandma in your case

  21. It seems that many people feel 65 is the magic age to give the teacher the so called "BOOT"! I have known teachers who were in their late 60's early 70's who had more energy, raport and wisdom than most 20 something ones! There are many people today who are in excellent health and super fit that probably should be still teaching. Remember that with age comes wisdom and experience. If they are in great shape and still love what their doing I would prefer a senior teacher over a young teacher for my child any day.

  22. Mid 20's to early 50's max! This is a hard job-speaking of which, I need to get in the bed to be on my game tomorrow!

  23. sound have tons of engergy between 25- 60 i think.
