How old do you think is acceptable to go to a concert with your friends?

my friend is going into grade 8 (shes 12 turning 13 in 3 monthes) and her mom thinks her and her14 year old brother are too young to ttend a concert without an adult

do you think thats fair?

but the mother is always right so she must have a good reason

the age which u can to go to concerts with ur freinds is 17 or 18 years old.that is my opinion.

Well it kinda depends like is the concert outside cuz if it is then you should have an adult with you but if its inside then you dont really need an adult cuz my friend went to a concert with 2 of her friends and she said it waz great cuz theres were no parents but i went to a concert in march with my mom cuz i had nobody to go with cuz it waz spring break so she should try to talk about this with her mom

depends on the parents. i wouldn't let my kids go unless there is someone about 16 with them.

Katie, a lot of it depends on the kids, where the concert is at and who's playing.  They both do appear to be pretty young to be heading out to a concert without some adult to accompany them.   When my kids were that age I took them to some concerts but they were not allowed to go independently.
