Do you think she's 11 or 12? There's no way in the world she's 16. Not even Asian 16 year olds look that young.

  1. I'll say as young as 8-10 yrs of age !

They showed a pic of 1 of the gymnasts,i can't say which 1 it was because they look alike, but anyway nbc showed a pic of her tooth out,15  & 16 yrs.old teeth don't fall out !

  2. She's probably like 13 or 14 now; still TOO young to compete.

They should have had her deported lol; or even beheaded for not respecting Olympic rules. [[That is middle age extreme. lol]]

  3. 18 months

  4. she's really 34

  5. I think she is 12 or 13.  Regardless, we all know she isn't the legal age of 16!!!

The sad thing is that I don't think anything will ever come of it.  I believe the county will cover it up.  Who knows perhaps they will even provide documents to "show" that she 16.

And I must say those girls did things I didn't even know were possible!!!!

  6. 10.

  7. She's probably 14.  You'd be surprised how young Asians look.  I'm going to college next year, and a woman at my work thinks I'm just entering high school lol (I'm Chinese too).

  8. 14.5

  9. 11-15

  10. 12

its not like shes some 16 year old midget

thats why they put so much make up on so they look older.

if you took it off she would look like a 5 year old

  11. 14 to me

  12. 11

  13. She is 12, she is soooo young!

  14. There has been a controversy as to her actual age. Her 2008 passport and the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) list her date of birth as January 1, 1992,[3][4] which would make her &0000000000000016.00000016 years, &0000000000000220.000000220 days old during the 2008 Olympic opening ceremonies and therefore old enough to compete. However, her age as of 2008 has been reported by the Chinese press as 14,[4][2][5] and her birthdate has been given by the Chengdu Sports Bureau and other registration sources as January 1, 1994, which would make her &0000000000000014.00000014 years, &0000000000000220.000000220 days old during the Opening ceremonies, and therefore too young to participate in the 2008 Summer Olympics.[4][2] In addition, in a November 2007 speech in Wuhan, Chinese sporting official Liu Peng introduced He as a 13-year-old.[2] However, on August 2, the International Olympic Committee stated that they would not investigate the discrepancy in He's reported age, stating that the FIG's own verification system would be acceptable proof of eligibility. The FIG, in responding to the situation, stated that they would not ask for additional proof of age beyond the passports already supplied by Chinese officials.[6][7]

  15. 14 at most 11 at least but your right there is no way in the world that she is 16. Chinese Cheaters.

  16. The reason she looks so young is because her trainers feed her certain foods so she'll stop growing and be light as feather. It makes it easier for them to do gymnastics.

  17. She's 14 at most.

And the one on bronze tonight doubtful she's 16 either.

Chinese aren't known for their morals :(

  18. Whatever age she needs. the Chinese gov't give her.

    Looks like 10 to me.

  19. in my opinion i don't think the age should matter in the olympic games. it's all about the best athletes in each country supporting and representing their country. even if those chinese girls do happen to be underage, they are some really incredible gymnasts and they show how formidable china can be. even i admit that when i first he kexin i couldn't believe she was 16 years old.
