  1. early to mid 20`s are the perfect time to date because your out of high school . You are in college experiencing life. High school is just too young to date, and is a huge distraction.

  2. 15 -16is when most girls start getting into more serious relationships

  3. Here's something for you.

The earlier someone starts dating the more likely they're going to be sexually active at an early age.

  4. old enough to think whats right from whats wrong. i love her so much dont want her to have a miserable life due to incorrect teenage decisions

  5. If she's VERY mature and responsible and I've met the guy or girl, 16.

  6. Well my Daughter is only 2 now,and i am most likely gonna let her date atleast when shes around 13.No younger.

  7. my dad 16 but im 15 and i've already been on plenty of dates. he doesnt kno tho, even if you make it 18 then she will sneak around and do it. just see when she has her first boyfriend. and be open to suggestion and ask her friends parents.

    good luck!

  8. When she is ready to handle the responsibilities that come with having a relationship.

  9. well i am 19.. and hate it when i even text a boy a lot... because they always think i am still immature to handle a boy... but i dont want to grow up for them so fair from their side... not completely... i live in india... so it also matters...

  10. Whenever she wants to! A parent is never gonig to able to stop their child having feelings for others and by prohibiting it they are just going to explore those felling behind your back. I believe its best to let their daughters start to date when they want to so that parents can know what they're getting up to. And lets face it, any relationships people have before they're 13ish aren't exactly that serious!

  11. the purpose of dating is to find a life mate. So don't even start dating until you are ready to be married!

    I didn't start until i was 17, and i'm glad!

  12. Gosh, no wonder there are so many posts about teens being pregnant. 13,14,15 year olds allowed to date? What kinda c**p is that. My girls will be able to go out in groups at 16. One on one dating + hormones=bad news!

  13. 13 or 14 on group dates

    16 for actual dates

thats my deal with my parents

  14. 16- 18 and has someone that they are interested in.

  15. Generally I would of thought 16 -17, depends more on their maturity and responsbility. My eldest step daughter is 15 and is now where near the maturity level she should be at her age, It's a hard one, depends on the individual

  16. Group Dates is a great way to build up to "dating".  Let her and a friend double date for the first couple (or 30) of dates.  AND DON'T FEEL BAD BEING A SPY!!

I do it all the time with my kids.

  17. 18.....

just kidding... I agree... it all depends on how mature she is for her age. I think 15

  18. im young but my mother thinks 16 but my father just thinks my age(14) is approitate because im mature.... whenever shes mature to you in  my opinion

  19. You want to make sure she's mature and safe from the evil race of boys!!!  : ) But  her first "love" is going to break her heart(or something of that sort.)  But if this happens, it's just good for her!!!  Hard to believe, but it makes her emotionally stronger, and do not take away her dating privleges if this happends!!

P.S- be nice to the poor dude!!!

  20. Alone, with a boy, i would want her to be at least 16.

    Group dates, maybe 13

Lucky for me I only have a Son, not a daughter.

    But same rules apply

  21. We have always told our girls that they can't go on a date until they are 16 yrs old.  They haven't had any issues with this rule yet (at ages 11, 14 & 16).   I think any younger is asking for serious problems in the long run.   But then again,  I am not their friend...I am their Mother!

  22. 13-14. Assuming she's mature.

  23. 16 if she has good grades and is responsible.

  24. To go on a real date, outside and alone....at least 15.

  25. It partly depends on the child and how mature and responsible she is. I would say 16 is a good age. Perhaps younger if she has a older sibling who she could double date with.
