to foundation issues? Is 5-10 years unacceptable? Is 50 years more common? Also, if there are cracks outside a 50 year old house, are those cracks a longterm risk if the foundation has already been leveled?

  1. well its all just time moisture and pressure a 5 year old house can have cracks when a 150 year old house look good as new almost if there is only a few its probbly not much to worrie about if they are all over the place i would consider not living there much longer or not moving in w/e cuz it could stand a good long while but then again a small tornato might crush the whole thing
