How old does a child have to be to ride in the front seat of a uhaul (with or without a carseat)?

Is there only the front seat in a U-Haul?  If its the only seat then is no age limit. If the child requires a car seat, then the child has to be in a car seat regardless of the vehicle.  In a normal passenger car, a child has to be 4' 9" to ride in the front because of safety air bags.

I don't believe U-hauls have back seats. Therefore a child of any age could ride in the front (and only) seat.
