  1. At least 50 years old.

  2. Fifty Years Old For The Majority Of C&R Firearms. Some On The List That Are Considered Curios & Relics Are Less Than Fifty Years Old Though. They Are Considered A "Unique" Enough Collectable To Make The List.

  3. It isn't necessarily age that is the determining factor.  Generally if a gun is 50 years or older, it is possible for it to become C&R elidgable.  More often a gun is made a C&R due to historical value or a few other conditions by the ATF.

  4. There are some fairly new guns on the C&R list.  Even a Sako Anniversary 7mm from the 70s is on the list.  Yugo SKS rifles are on the list as are several Remington 150th anniversary rifles from the 60s along with many others.

  5. It must be listed on the ATF C&R Eligibility List.

  6. Bell got it. Check the list, you will be amazed what is on it to include police pistols made as early as 1987.

    Go figure...

  7. It can be a curio on the day it is made, if there is something special about it.  Most guns can be listed as curios after 50 years.
