  1. i asked this too...

    lol

people told me 14 and up

but i think you can be 13 too ;D

rules i think is to have an emergency contact list and watch the child and play with him lyke 24 /7

  2. I'd say 13 if you are responsible 12

You always have emergency contact medical card times and know any allergies and medical problems their physicans number too

  3. well it depends on the age of the charge im 12 i can only babysit for kids 2& up

  4. I heard you had to be at least 12 to babysit.

  5. It depends on who you are babysitting for.  Are you planning to do it professionally?  Are you doing it for family?  Friends?

I've looking after my little brothers since I was 6 years old.  Like if my mom went to the store or something.

I've been babysitting neighbors and family since I was 14 (only because there were no little kids around before them)

If the parents/guardians feel safe with you watching their child and your parents/guardians are fine with you being in the other person's house, then there should be no problem.

  6. i know 12 year olds who babysit

it really just depends how well you know the parents and if they trust you a lot

  7. There are no special rules or laws about it.

  8. I asked this too, people told me 12 or 13. But I know Cpr and I have my cpr card. You might want to get into a babysitting class/cpr class and get your cpr card. I really don't think there is an age it is just how responsible you are and if you like kids or not.
