How old does my daughter look?

Question

When i bring her around with me,people stop and say how cute she is blah blah blah,then they ask her age when i tell them One and 8months, everybody seems to be shock,some think im lieing. When she was born she was a primi,thats another reason why some people get shocked. So how old dose she look to you? and does anybody else get the same thing? Sometimes this pisses me off,because of how some people react,how can i make this not get to me. i dont know why,but it does.

I actually thinks she looks older than that....she is beautiful by the way.

I had the same problem, it's not so had now that it's summer and he's not covered in a blanket but when my son was 2 or 3 months old, everyone would say..."oh my gosh but he's sooo small!!", Then I would take off the blanket and see their expressions change.  

He has always weighed normal and has a round face but looks slim compared to most babies because he is so freakin' long...lol.

She is a very cute little girl. She does look more like a 3 y/o to me rather than a 1 1/2 y/o to me. I think its the little look on her face and she is thin, not in a bad way, but babies at that age usually still have some baby fat. Your daughter probably doesnt have it because she was a preemie.

When I take my 7 week old out with me and Im holding her, people think she is 3-4 months old. When I tell them how old she really is they are shocked and make comments like "But she is holding her head up all by herself" or "She is so alert" Yeah, well, what can I say? She weighs in the 50th percentile for her age, so she is right on track

People should just leave it at "she is cute" and keep their opinions to themselves sometimes.

I was just about to say about 1 and a half year old, coz she looks about same age as a friend of mine's kid, who is the same age. If u are worried, just get a doc to verify if she's ok in growth. My best friend's brother had a condition where he's so small built, later the doctor found out it was lack of some hormone thing, and it's too late now because he's all grown up.

Do yourself and your daughter a favor..take her pic with her name on it , off the internet!!..There are so many creeps out there, some that may have seen this!

to be honest i think she looks around one and a half, i dont know why people would be shocked?

She's very cute though, maybe it is because she is small or something?

I'm very tall and some people think im lying when i tell them my age because i look so much older.

She looks about 2 years old.  She may look a little skinny, but if your doctor thinks she's ok then she's ok.  My daughter is 20 months old and is very tall, but has to wear 12 month clothing because none of her pants fit her waist.  She weighs in at 25 lbs.  She eats like a horse and is super active.  She drinks fluids fine too.  My doctor said that she's doing fine so I don't worry.
