  1. First and foremost, congratulations on your engagement: may married life bring you both great joy, happiness and many years of enjoyment.

If your mother approves and your finacee's family has no problem with her moving in, she should have no trouble moving in now, if she so desires. I can see no issue with her moving in; both of you are old enough to know the true reasons behind why you want her to move in and if she is planning to become emancipated from her family, your support and friendship will obviously be needed during this period.

    Best wishes to you both.

  2. sixteen i think should be fine..i dont know if that is "illegal" but sounds like agood age

  3.   She doesn't need to move in with you and your mom.  But in most states she probably could at 18.

When you are old enough to commit your life to another person it is a good idea to have a job and a home of your own.

  4. She is not your fiance at 16 and 17. She is your girlfriend. Don't rush things. Does your mom want to legally be responsible for this girl? I wouldn't do anything until she actually IS emancipated. Relax. You two are too young for things to move that fast.

  5. No age.  She shouldn't move in with you. If you can't support a wife properly, don't get married.

  6. I think 18.  If your fiance moves in now your mom will be responsible for anything that happens.  You should also get your fiance's parent to agree before this happens.

  7. Right now it would be fine.  But the minute you turn 18, despite all the other factors, you will enter the adult world & could be jailed & labeled as a s*x offender;  having to register as an offender the REST OF YOUR LIFE.

If you think it can't happen, trust me, think again.  I know a couple of young men who have just gotten out of jail.

  8. I'm going to have to agree with the other answers...  You should wait until the two of you are a) legal and b) can afford to live on your own.

  9. Why would you even wan't to live in your mom's house with your fiance i would wan't to live alone.

  10. Is this for real?

If it is, I'm not trying to be judgemental, but it seems like you two should wait until your lives are more established.  Don't you want to be able to build your own lives together in your own home when you are married?  Why rush?  You're young and have plenty of time.
