How old does someone have to be to witness a marriage?

We wanted our children to witness our marriage the youngest is 12. We dont want anyone else there except them so I am hoping they can do it.

  2. I suppose by stating being a Witness to your marriage, do you mean that they have to sign legal documents as a witness. If this is so.. i am sorry it will not be acceptable as they are minors.

    However if you did mean that they will be attending your marriage... h**l yes thay can .

  3. he should be as understanding as the couples; nothing else expected. legally its about 16 or more

  4. Kids need to be adults so the choice is yours to either wait until they are adults or find some friends who can be witness

  5. s/he should be more than 18 of his/her age
