  1. Dose is a medication measurement.  The word you are looking for is DOES.

What kind of tubes are you talking about?

  2. For ears?  It depends on so many different factors.  They normally try to wait until 1 year of age if possible, or at least our doctor did.  But, then again, his ear infections didn't start until 7 months of age (but never let up, he was a good candidate for them and his hearing returned afterwards).

  3. Tubes for the ears?  Only your pediatrician can answer this question!

  4. what kind of tubes are you talking about? if you are talking for ears, there are risks for them being so young, I had them at 4 years old, thats the easiest my doctor would let me have them in for me because it requires surgery.

  5. My 10 month old son has ear infection 7 times (and fluid in his ears for 3 months straight)  since he was born. The doctor said the if he get 1 more ear infection that he will send him to the specialist but not to expect him to have tubes  till after the age of 1.   My youngest daughter had tubes put in a 2 years old.

  6. its spelled does

    and the younger the better

  7. If you are talking about tubes in the ears because of ear infections that would be at the age of two. Doctors will not do this procedure until the age of two years old.

  8. Tubes for the ears? and just to let ya know, ear infections are linked to cow's milk.  Get the baby off cow's milk.  I recommend goat milk.  Never heard of a new born having this problem.

  9. I have an 11 month old and he has had 5 ear infections. The doctor told me he has to have 6 in a year before they will consider tubes. My husband had tubes when he was a baby and got them put in at 9 months old. All doctors are different, and one may tell you the baby has to be a year old while another doctor may not do it until the baby is three years old.

  10. What are tubes?

  11. If you are talking about tubes in the ears, remember they are a last resort, and why would a newborn need them.  They can't have a history of ear problems.  My daughter had them put in 3 months after her 2nd birthday.
