I figure around 23 because you need to be 16 to get a drivers licence, and you can take the test every 3 months, so 4 times a year and he has taken it 28 times, so 7 years

16+7=23

Lol i just saw this question and then the answer about how many Employee of the Month awards he has, that makes him at least 4800 years old lol!!

But going by that, unless he was somehow getting awards when he was a baby then he must be a fair bit older than that lol.
