How old is the legal age to NOT be jailbait?

How old do you have to be to not be illegal anyomore? i know it used to be 18 but i think it myay have been changed to 17??

it depends on where you live and the age of consent (may vary state to state) and the age difference between the two "consenting" parties.

if the age of consent were 16, that does not nessisarily make that person not jail bait because that is likely for being with other 16 yo. up to a certain age but if that person were to be with someone who is 40 even though they are at the age of consent they may still be jail bait.

some states are flat out about the age of consent and that it wouldn't matter how old the other party is. (if age of consent is lower then 18)

some states have an age of consent (if age of consent is lower then 18) but if the other party is say five years older then the younger party is jail bait.

to be safe it is best to wait untill the youngest party is 18!

because after that it is garenteed that if they are of sound mind (no mental delays, that make then younger or impare desicion making) they can be with a 90yo. if they so choose. and have no issues, where the law is concerned anyhow.

It does depend on where you live, some states have different laws than others.  Check with your local police department or post your state...

as far as i know it is and always has been 15 in America.as the saying goes."15 will get you 20" take care but why waste time with a young one. older women are much more satisfying
