Which civilization is in its height right now? How old is that civilization?

The oldest existing civilization is the 5000 year old Egypt. Although the native people of ancient Egypt no longer exist, the civilization and culture has remained very similar, other than the influences of Christianity and Islam.

To the answerer that answered  "Syria," you are incorrect. The first Mesopotamian civilization was Sumer. Babylon followed and then was conquered by the nomadic Assyrians who then settled in the fertile crescent; this was much later. Following the settlement of the Assyrians, the Persians moved in, developing the religion of Zoroastrianism, monotheistic religion which is almost contemporary to Judaism. This religion influenced the three great religions that make up the majority of religious doxology today, all of which came back to greatly influence the culture of the world's oldest civilization, Egypt.
