  1. Most scholarships you would have to apply for would be available to you no earlier than your senior year of high school as you apply for college.  There are some "scholarships" that are given to younger students, but these tend to be more like prizes for some sort of competition rather than real scholarships (such as when you get a scholarship for being in Miss Teen USA or for winning a spelling bee).


  2. There are not any age limits for applying for a scholarship.
