How old is too old to bathe a child??

Question

A friend of mine still bathes his 8 year old daughter. It's her father but please do not mention anything sexual. I know nothing is going on there so again do not mention that. He babys her in everything. When is the normal age kids can bathe by themselves? It's sort of a close friend- should I mention anything to him?

In my opinon I think that a parent can feel and will know when it is time for the child to start bathing her/himself.....just like a parent knows when its time to take a bottle from their child and also when they know that its time for their child to be pottey trained....all children learn and grow differently....

5 OR 6 max!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF CPS EVER FOUND OUT, IF THE DAUGHTER EVEN MENTIONS THIS TO ANYONE HE IS A COOKED -HE WILL LOOSE HER FOREVER!!!!!
This also goes for boys, 5 or 6 max-give them their privacy and let them grow up normal will ya!!!! Also-never let a babysitter bath your kids-your asking for trouble!!!!
