  1. A single. A 3 year old is able to walk, and if its a long distance, then you get get one of those kiddie skate boards to attach to a pram.

I have 2 kids, and my oldest was only 16 months when my youngest was born. I bought a double stroller, and got a years use out of it, as when my daughter was old enough she wanted to walk. I still had my son, so then had to lug around a huge stroller with one child, opposed to having a smaller one

  2. There is this new stroller that has one seat for the little one plus a chair in the back for the older child to sit on. It looks like a single stroller so it doesn't take up as much room. Here's a link with a picture.

  3. i don't know it matters on the kid.

  4. I guess that depends. Do you plan on have any more children after this one? And if so, how close will they be? If you plan on having more then you may want to invest in a double stroller. If not then just get a single one or one that has a step for your 3 year old.
