How old must you be to work at Disney World?

How old must you be to work at Disney World?

check http://disneycareers.com but I am almost positive it is 15 or 16.    Though that depends.  I know some of the entertainment roles call for younger cast members (though they have special curcumstances).  But for regular hourly roles...I think sure 15 or 16.

It is 16 for a regular park job... and NO... the other person who answered this is wrong about working younger as a character. I am a cast member at Disneyland, and I play Wendy. Even though shes only supposed to be 13 or so, same with Alice, Peter Pan, ect... the rule for characters is 17 and a graduating senior from high school.
