How old must you be to work in a dunkin donuts?

My friend is 15 and she is working there and i was just wondering what the normal age is because i hear everyone saying 16 but it's obviously not if a 15 year old is working there.

From previous Yahoo.Answer questions it seems to depend upon the state. That makes sense. If the earliest age is 15 in your state how could even the powerful Dunkin Donuts circumvent the law and hire younger employees? Therefore, find out what the minimum age for working is in your state and then call Dunkin Donuts because there is the chance that they might think a given states minimum age is too young for their needs.

I think it depends on the state. I know 16 year olds can work but I thought I have seen 15 year olds in some of the states I have been in.

Of course for anybody that owns a business or franchise can have their own children work there and that can be of even a younger age than that.
