I would say it depends on the amount of experience they have had prior. If they are 15 with CPR training, I might consider. Also it depends on the age of the child.

Well here they have to be 13. They have babysitting classes for teens to take now-a-days too. It includes care, CPR, etc.

Doesn't cost much and she will get hired with taking that class.

It all depends on the parent who is hiring them ...... many people hire babysitters at young ages, too young in my opinion ........ I would not hire anyone younger then 15 and they must have CPR training ....... a child's life is very important to me ........ = )
