Strapless means you can see shoulders. C'mon you mean now there is an age limit on shoulders? Hate to see the bathing suits they have to wear, prolly those 1 pc stripped ones from the 1920's. It is freakin shoulders!!!!

As young or as old as you want!  I mean, my little sister has strapless stuff, and she's 10!  And I have since I was like 11 or 12!  Their really cute, and there is no set age for wearing them.
