  1. This depends entirely on the pub.  Some allow teens after they mark your hands or wrist to identify you as under 21.  Some pubs allow teens in until a certain time such as "After 11:00 pm, no teens allowed.  And some pubs will not allow any teens in. These pubs are the ones with only alcohol, and without food, or games, or pool tables.  You need to define which sort of pub this is before you go.  Also, you can just find their phone number and call ahead of time.  Simply say, "Hello. I was wondering if your pub allows anyone under 21?"  And they will tell you their rules.   Good luck!

  2. you have to be eighteen.

  3. In England under 16's can enter a pub and go anywhere in it as long as they are supervised by an adult i.e. over 18 yrs. They cannot have any alcoholic drinks.

If you're 16 then you should be fine to enter unless the pub states otherwise above the door. You can only buy and consume soft drinks.

some premises could be subject to licensing conditions preventing under 16's from entering, such as pubs which have experienced problems with underage drinking.
