I was 12 or 11 or maybe even 13, but let me tell you, you don't want it.  All it does is give you cramps and bloating and trust me i understand that its a sign of growing up but there are plenty other things happening during puberty to show that you are growing up.  But if you are worried about you not getting it yet don't worry everyone is different and it will come
