I'm 20 and I got them out last week. I was scared not only cause I read horror stories about removing wisdom teeth but also because of the date that was picked which was 8-8-08 at 8 o’clock. It’s not as bad as 6-6-6 but I still fretted thinking it might be a bad omen lol.

I'm going to remove one surgically in a few hours time, and I'm scared shitless. Age 21.

I was 17.  I had just gotten my braces off, and all 4 wisdom teeth were pulled.  2 were impacted and it was a painful recovery without the pain meds (I couldn't take them if I drove and I wasn't going to stay home).

20 (back in January 2007)   it had to be done they were causing problems with my other teeth there wasn't enough room in my mouth for them
