  2. My kids and I have been brushing and learning about dental care since the age of three. Teaching them and making it fun now will lead to a positive experience and good dental care later in life.

  3. i dont remember. its hard enough to get them to brush their teeth now. call a dentist and ask, they will tell you when you should start bushing. you also should know if you need soft or hard brush, even maybe what is the best kind of tooth paste.

  4. 2yrs. old I think is a good age to start brushing the teeth, that's when I my son started.

  5. 4 months old.

  6. As soon as they popped through the gums, buy a baby brush and safe-to-swallow baby toothpaste.

  7. Well I started with my boys the minute they had their first tooth.

They have the special infant brushes, well they have the one you slip on your finger but they also have a SUPER soft brush that you can use as well. Make sure the toothpaste is flouride free!

  8. it's really just common sense...as soon as the first tooth pops out, you should brush their theeth. When they are still very young, you can get a finger brush (it pulls over your index finger) and always use fluoride free and safe to swallow toothpaste until they are old enough to spit and rinse.

I used to massage my teething infant with a finger brush. It helped him relieve his teething pain and it brushed off any food particles/sugar from eating solids/drinking milk off the gums.

  9. When the first two were obvious.

  10. my sis was almost 2

  11. 6 1/2 months. As soon as he got his first one.

  12. You should start when they first start to get teeth. They have a sort of gum massager finger-tooth brush that can be used when there is only one or two, it also helps with teething.

  13. As soon as his first tooth popped up. I didn't brush it with a toothbrush, just a cloth, but as soon as he got about 1 I started using a little toothbrush and paste.

  14. As soon as they got a tooth.  When they are old enough, they can start brushing their own teeth, but it is important that you observe and assist as needed to get the proper oral hygiene.  Also teach as you are doing this so they will learn how to properly brush their teeth on their own.

  15. As soon as she got her first tooth. Even though they are babies they still need their teeth brushed. (7 months) They make an infant brush and toothpaste.
