I was 24, married for 2 years and both of us had stable careers. We had decent finances, owned our own home, and good health insurance. It was the perfect time and I would not have wanted to have a baby any earlier

my mum was 21 when she had my 18 yr old brother i'm 14 and I'm not planing a baby i don't have a boyfriend either yet (i have in the past)

I was 15. And do I think I was too young? Now I do yes. Back when I was 15 no! Would I take it back for anything? No.

I am 9 weeks 4 days pregnant and 18 and I have run into two issues: I want to be a doctor, and it is going to be a lot harder now that I have a child to look after as my main focus, and also, my boyfriend who was supportive at first, now is not and I have to deal with the stress of that, alone.

If it were a perfect world, you would be married and have your dream job, but I guess people are too eager to have kids.

I'm 38 and my first is due in November.  I don't think I was too young (obviously).  I would have liked to have had my first at about 30 or 32, but life didn't work out that way.  

I do think I am more prepared and mature now and will be a great mother.  I have "sewed my wild oats", travelled, had many jobs, had fun, gone to college and gotten married.  Now I'm ready to settle down and have a family.

I am 18 and 33 weeks pregnant with my baby girl.

I don't recommend it for many 18 y/o's. My pregnancy was planned because my boyfriend and I are very well off.

I can't wait until I hold my daughter!!

I'm pregnant with my first and will be 28 when he is born. I feel I'm at a good age. Wouldn't have been able to handle the responsibility of being pregnant as a teenager though. It can be really tough.

I know i might be young but I can't get rid of them it would be murdering 2 innocent babies. If it was anyones fault that I got pregnant then it was me not the twins!!

i was 20. I don't think I was too young maturity wise, but I do wish that I had more money, since it's hard finding a really good paying job without a university degree.

i was 19 when i had my daughter, 3 months from being 20. i was a single mom, raised her on my own, had a stable full time job and got my CNA shortly after she was born.

i dont think i was too young, maybe to some people i was and thats their opinion, but i have always been very mature for my age and have had a steady job since i was 16 years old and paid for everything for myself and my daughter by myself.

Sometimes i wish her dad would have stuck around but he cheated on me 3 times so i left him knowing that i would be unhappy if i stayed which in turn would make my daughter grow up unhappy, but shes the happiest 2 year old i know and i wouldnt change not one thing about my life or how old i was when i had her.

I am proud to say I am fifteen and do not have a baby.

Nor am I having unprotected s*x/ s*x at all.

I am saved for marriage, however long it takes to find the right guy.

I was 21...and yes, I think that I was too young. Not because I'm not mature enough to handle having kids. I just missed out on a lot of things that I wanted to do with my life. I wouldn't trade my kids for anything in the world...but it does make it hard sometimes.

I was Nine when I had my first, I've had another eight since then, I guess it was to early.....
