How old work golf course?

how old do you need to be to work at a golf course??

what about in Illinois??

how about if you want to be a caddy??

what if its over the summer???

  1. You have to be 16 to work at a gold course.  in order to cadey for a club, you have to know all about the course and be a good golfer.  12 handicap minimum.  i'm not sure how old you have to be though, it could vary from course to course.  You probobly only have to be 16 but you might not get a job until your 19 or 20.


  2. I have a 13 year old friend who works at a golf course.

    I live in Australia so I'm not sure.

    I know a girl who is 11 who caddied for a guy off 3.

  3. I think I was all of 12 when I caddied at Champaign County Country Club.  Times may have changed though.

  5. Usually at most high end golf courses you can start caddying at about 13, they usually let you start young to get experience.  If you want to be a cart boy/girl you usually have to have a driver liscence.
