I have trouble sleeping at night and I dont no why. I havent slept in like 5 days and i'm so tired all day long. I try to be healthy, i take vitamins, i work out, and i walk home from school everyday. But at night i just lay there. Im so tired during the day but at night im frigging wide awake! Please help me. I wouldn't mind taking some sort of medicine but I probably don't have it lol. So if you coulod just give me tips on how to gwet to sleep that would be awesome ♥
