Question:

How on earth do I contact Yahoo directly with a comment or concern?

Just about every company website - even though often buried 6 layers deep - a 'contact us' link to directly make comments or express concerns. All I find is this apparently filtered public 'forum' leaving, seemingly, others to answer, Isn't Yahoo primarily a the communications and information business? Having a billion customers is not an excuse.

I wish to comment to Yahoo (not ask help). How?

In case the screeners pass this on to actual policy people:

I have a request. The sign in screen for My,Yahoo has changed, apparently for security reasons. Fine, I can appreciate that.

But now the page now has me click a button to 'sign in' and then I have to wait for a sign in screen. THEN I have to sign in and wait for what used to be my automatic home page.

Two steps. Why? Why not just (like most sites) have a 'sign in box' presented immediately for ID and password?? Like everyone else put a link nearby to 'register' newbies. Save a customer - cut the extra step.

  1. ok, well, this question may help me figure out how to get off the merry-go-round i've been on for hours now, trying to get some help with my profile page, where ever it is... i think i'll just go right over here and ask yahoo answers, it may be the only way to go...

  2. EXCELLENT POINT!

hey, you guys over at yahoo....are you  reading this?

  3. I have had similar experiences when I ask Yahoo a question. The first time I try to use help pages I get stock answers and an option to click on not doing it for you.  This usually is followed by automated emails. You have to be persistant.  But eventually Yahoo does answer.
