  1. On the floor works one of the usa girls fell and was docked points for it . one of the chinese girls also fell but received more points. It's more or less the judges problem and not the girls

  2. The Chinese are not cheating as a whole.  The dispute comes from the women's gymnastics area.  I disagree that the Chinese team was of age to compete, but they did put on a best performance for the gold.  What's done is done, but I have no doubt that these girls were not of age.  The US did not put on a gold performance, but if rules are to be upheld, and the Chinese athletes were not of age, then they did earn the gold.  Outside of this issue, the Chinese are competing strongly and earning every medal they work for.

  3. The "sore loser" rant is just a gutless evasion.  The chinese officials not only psyched out the american girl gymnast, they also ripped off an australian trap shooter when they said a chinese competitor hit the target when he didn't.  Where does this lunatic support of corrupt judges come from?  Does anyone have the guts to deal with the issue, instead of just mindlessly repeatin "duh, no they didn't cheat", or "the chinese are good" etc etc etc - debate the issue or shut up.

  4. I AM BETTER THAN YOU,

The "expert" you refer to on TV yesterday complaining about the underage girls, he's the manager of the US Gymnastic team! He's the first who accused China of cheating because the US team was getting their butts handed to them. Get your facts straight.

They did not lie about the fireworks. They set it off for the people at the stadium but felt unsafe to have people record them with so many going off. Go read the article from that British newpaper again.

People here have no idea how the scoring is done. I mean its so complicated, but everyone thinks they are experts. The Chinese routines are way harder. They would do like 4 flips in a roll and we do 2 and you wonder why we got a lower score? And just because something looks nice, doesnt mean its a higher score. It might be a very low difficulty move. The Post is right. China got decent scores even if they fall is because their routine is harder. If you watch the routine where Alicia fell. She didnt do c**p other than like did a spin and 2 flips and then jumped off. The one where the Chinese girl fell, she was doing crazy flips 3, 4 in a roll.

  5. The Chinese are not cheating.

  6. No they're not. Chinese have always been competitive. They're 2nd during the 2004, and 3rd in 2000. Americans making all kinds of lame excuses to make China look like cheating all the way....like lypsychning girl, fake fireworks courtesy of the Western media (with real fireworks in the venue)....etc.It is SOUR GRAPING.

  7. It's so unfair, whine whine whine.

Learn that in any Olympics event, someone's going to accuse the home team of cheating. Look at the history of it. If it truly makes you upset, then turn off the TV and don't watch it. I am American and could care less if USA takes the gold or not, as long as everyone plays fair.

I am not saying they cheated the whole way, but there HAS been evidence BY THE CHINESE MEDIA that they are perhaps using underaged girls. That's the underlying issue; a violation of rules.

Who are you to judge if the Chinese routines were harder than USA's? Are you informed about gymnastics or have taken some classes? Leave the judging to the judges.

Harder routines or not, the problem is that if their bodies were truly 16 or older, they might not have been able to perform them as well as they did.

You need to stop harping on this whole "China's cheating" issue already. If you're so sick and tired of hearing about people complaining of it, then stop asking questions in regard to it.

Oh the fireworks. Gee. If I copied from someone else's test in school, got an A+ and recieved a medal, then I was caught, would it be justified if I said "I only wanted to look good. I *HAD* to do it." Same logic with the fireworks. The better way to look good is to do everything with honesty. That's what truly makes anyone look good.

Oops, seems your other question was deleted.

  8. One of them looked 8! I don't believe that they are all 16, not even the one they said was 20. True, most Asian females look younger than their American counterparts, but I'm not stupid. The expert they had on NBC yesterday kept saying that he thought at least half the Chinese team was underage. It's sad that a countries Government would go to that length but it's been going on for years now . . .

they have the backing of the Gov't

  9. american people are less fit then chinese people .like,2 thirds of america is obese.the chinese people are more fit.they are not cheating.

  10. they'll admit it later like they did about that girl who was actually lip-syncing in the opening ceremony.

  11. Thomas:

When a fellow AMERICAN believes you're being sore losers, you're being sore losers.

  12. I know!, That's like saying why the Home team always win in Basketball.

  13. i totally agree they didn't cheat  but the scandal about the girl singing during the opening ceremony here is the real story:

little girl #2 (the one who wasn't chosen) wasn't not chosen because of her looks it was because she had stage fright. altho she had the best voice she was too scared to sing in front of that many ppl...so they went with the little girl #1 who was extremely experienced as she had sang in front of millions b4 ...IT WAS NOT BECAUSE OF THE GIRLS TEETH or her cuteness!!!

  14. if they lied about the fireworks, the little girl singing and the gymnasts.  then what else are they lieing about ???

  15. They aren't even Chinese!  They are really from the planet Gofucyoself.

  16. The question should be worded  How on earth are the chinese cheating

  17. the Chinese don't cheat there good at what they do it diving and gymnastics. there so good in gymnastics because there taken at 3years of age and forced to train. in the whole underage thing yea its unfair cause you can totally tell there are some girls that are underage. but in there passports that where issued by the government... they are of age. so yes its unfair when they are using underage athletic gymnasts to compete when they have really great gymnasts that are of age. but they don't cheat.
