How or where would I begin to find a JOB in Morelia Michoacan Mexico?

I would like to move out their by 1/1/09 but i would like to find a job before doing so, can any one give me some pointers PLEASE?

I haven't been to Morelia, but Michocan State is not the best in economic terms. There are other cities in Mexico with a lot more jobs. For example: Mexico DF and the surronding area of Edo Mex. Also Monterrey has a ton of jobs.

BTW are you Mexican? If you are you will need to have all of your Mexican documents in order. The most important is an IFE Federal voting ID card. Besides that, you will need to get your US documents such as high school/college diploma and transcripts translated into Spanish and apostilled in the US to be valid in Mexico.

Anyways, there are a lot of jobs teaching English in Mexico. The pay os good by Mexican standards. Remember in Mexico a six day work week is the norm and most people don't get overtime pay even if they work 12 hours a day.

o kool ur from MICHOACAN!!!!!!!!! Well my brother lives over there but in Uruapan Mich. and he has work in a lot of places . . .like KFC, Electra, Soriana, Mcdonalds... it just depend what kind of job u want... i think u might get a pretty nice and easy job since u know english.

i have been too morelia a couple times and believe me there are tons of jobs in morelia you just have to look like in the zoo or the mcdonalds and stuff like that..they have a carnival too maybe you can go ask there. good luck

why? people at mcdonalds make more plus they give you benefits.

The best way is to go with people you already know there

Or find the big companies in ur area of expertise there, and start talking to them
