How player from yahoo chess can have 3500 elo rating?

there is one "table.stealer" who has 3500 elo rating,and i know for sure that is imposible to get it playing at yahoo,even if he is a strong player which i don't think so

i have seen the elo rating of the last computer tournament 2007 ,and Rybka got more than 3000 elo rating ,and that is a computer,but this guy :(

it's not a official rating, it's a yahoo rating, which is meaningless, to get a official rating you have to play in a sanctioned tournament, either a uscf or fide rated tournament
