can you be in tournaments? if so what can you win do yall play on it if not you should its fun but addicting

Yahoo chess is looked down upon.

Try it.  I guarantee you will have someone cheating on time.  I guarantee you will be told to spend hours downloading this flash add-on or installing a new java applet when their server is down.

I agree with William.  There have been numerous problems with Yahoo chess, especially over the last two months since Yahoo upgraded.  There are so many sites where you can play chess that you have many options, and many of them work much better than the Yahoo version.
