How popular is rugby league in england on tv the crowds look huge and they look like they love being there?

is it more popular than rugby union or is league second to soccer, is it played all over the country or only in certain places like here in australia its only played on the east coast .

Very popular but not as popular as soccer, it depends on the area you come from i was from the north and it is very big there.Most children in my area play from very young it is also played in school.

It would come in second after soccer. Not a massive fan base but fanatical. They never miss a game which is why the stadiums are always full. All the same faces as last week.
