How post ad on Yahoo France real estate - Yahoo.fr Immobilier?

Question

I am trying to list my house in france for sale. From Yahoo.fr, I go to Immobilier (real estate), then depot d'annonce (post your ad), but it says Service non disponible (available). It has been that way for months, yet I see new postings all the time. Of course yahoo offers no help contact.
