How quickly? Maybe 10 minutes at any reputable coin shop.

Since you are putting very specific grades on these coins, may I assume that some of these have been professionally graded and slabbed? A slabbed MS-64 St. Gaudens will do enough better on eBay that it will be worth the effort.

I would avoid selling anything to any of the gold buyers that have been advertising on TV, newspapers and the internet. If you check the ads, they refuse to say how much they are actually paying, and I have seen many complaints that they are paying half or less what you would get at a coin shop. A $20 St. Gaudens melts for about $850, and an MS-64 should go for about $200 more than that.
