well ive never done the 100 but at soccer we do the 120 and i do that in like 13.5 so i would say 12 for 100

You could use a sun dial to measure my time. Or better yet, like they do with glaciers, just mark my progress with stakes pounded into the ground.

about 13-14 secs but I've never done it. I've always been ill for that pe lesson in school, but for the 4-by-100 meters for my class in sports week, I thrashed everyone else in like 12 secs

Wll i 100 may look short butt it actually is very chalenging im 13 n i run it in 13.15 seconds

13 year old - 14 seconds, however i am not a sprinter but a long distance runner (which is better :P)

iam 16 and my personal best and  club record is 10.4 i run for yorkshire i run everyday long and short distance but i dont no any 1 yet a 16 year old  doing 10.4  but i belive in myself and i train my heart out i eat the right stuff and i carnt wait till december to see if i get accpet to race in wales   agianst 18 upwards
