How "bad" were flappers?

what characterized the AVERAGE new woman of the 1920's? was it the flapper? how rebelliour were they, what did they do, and was the average flapper a true flapper at heart?

  1. flapper gals wore short dresses,3 inches above there knees,hose with rolled down tops with garters.The flappers was small busted and didn't wear a BRA.but a chemise and petty coat.

    the drank booze from Menes flask.rode around in fast cars .they had short hair and wore beeds around there neck.They would go to speak Essie's.and give the code name to a man looking

    out a small window in the door.,and drink and dance to early hours of the AM.


  2. How bad were the flappers? My great-Aunt Del was one, and my dad says that, if she had something sticking out of her for every time she'd had something stuck in her, she'd have looked like a porcupine!
