  1. the water cycle brings it. it is water from oceans lakes ect. and it evapates into the air as water vapor, it is all attracted to each other and makes a cloud when the cloud is heavy enough it will rain.

  2. Rain comes due to the continuous water cycle(hydrological cycle)

What happens is that water from the earth's surface evaporates from seas, oceans, lakes and etc due to heat.

This form of water(gas) is called water vapour which rises up in air and at a certain level this vapour condenses to form small droplets of water as the temperature above is cooler.

These droplets combine to form a cloud which burst due to agents like wind etc and give rain.

  3. well 1st of all wut r u 3 years old evaporation of water tht is stagnent in a puddle or lake or ocean and is sucked into the sky because of the sun its retained by clouds n when the clouds can no longer hold the water it rains man, why dnt u just google this man
