i also have eevee lv 12 four of them nd level 14 four of them aswell glaceon ,leafeon ,espeon and jolteon

i have way more cards i have a bout 2 to 3 hundred cards

Palkia and Darkai are not rare there only the main pokemon in decks

as long as its a lv X card, it is quite rare. additionally, check the bottom right part of the card. if theres a star on it, its worth could be $20 or more
