When I was a kid and spent more time lying on the grass and things like that I would occasionally find one. Now that I am 53 (today) not so much.

Not very rare in a patch of four leaved clover. But you can search all day in a patch of three leaved clover and you wont find one with four leaves.

not that rare in ireland u just have to look for them

They are not very rare at all and I will say they are fairly common.
