How rare is it to see an asian with a large body ?

Question

i'm not talking about fat but most people i meet , when i say asian they have a picture of a petite girl. i myself, have a large body frame .

my question is do you agree that most people would picture a petite black hair girl? not a lot of people like to keep an open mind . no offense .

do you think it is rare or weird to see a Not so petite asian ? i dont think it is weird but i know how some does .

how rare is this ? i know that the majority of asian girls are petite , i'm guessing 60% ?

i dont need help with my confident , trust me that i dont need anymore , i have no problem with the way i look so dont say you should be happy about yourself OR every race have their own beauty and ugly.

yes thats how they were engeneered by nature, because a realy long time ago (like in the cave-men stage) asia did not hve very many resources and nature gave them small bodies so they did not have to eat so much. but these days there's plenty of food and all so there is no longer a need for that "defense". but i would say a large-framed asian is probably not pure asian and is living in america.

There are more larger bodied Asians than most people would think since it seems like all the media ever shows are the petite and slender ones.  If you go someplace like Seattle or Vancouver, BC you'd see plenty of Asians of all shapes and sizes.

Um, well if you watch the Olympics there are pretty tall Chinese guys playing B-ball, like Yao Ming - he's REALLY tall...

but that's partly cause they're guys, so genetics causes them to be slightly bigger than girls anyways.

I've always seen petite asian GIRLS, but for guys it's always varied. I rarely see an overweight asian girl, but have seen overweight asian guys...

Also, if you just mean large body in general in terms of both height AND weight, the Japanese Sumo wrestlers have VERY large bodies.

So in general, I'd say Asian girls are for the most part petite unless they have diabetes, etcetera.

For Asian guys, on the other hand, are more likely to have a larger body frame, but that's only because that's how nature meant it to be.

Being someone who has been around large Asian communities, I'd say that as Asians adopt western lifestyles they gain the same problems with diet and health.

Have you been watching the Olympics.  In the opening ceremonies and throughout the competition you can see that Asians come in all shapes and sizes just like any other human beings.  However, they are usually not as overweight as Americans.
