I don't think it happens often. Maybe like 9% or lower. You don't just fall in love completely when you see someone. You feel lust or physical attraction.

it is very real!!!!!!!!!! the first time i met my husband i fell in love with him. 6 months later we got married and we have been married for 17 yrs. now. so if you think it has happened to you, then embrace it and be happy

usually it's not... though i don't discount it all together though... but more often than not it is lust that person is experiencing not love... love is a choice that cames after at least a little bit of time and seeing how that person handles situations and other people.
