First try the recycling bin you can restore from there unless it was permanently deleted. If that's the case I suggest recuva (http://www.recuva.com/) It can usually recover anything that's been deleted recently.

Go to your trash can and open it up, then look for the file you have deleted.  If you find it, right click it and choose the option, "Restore File" or what ever it may say.
