This is a remix of a famous piece of music once used for a long running current affairs programme which aired on a British television network. This current affairs programme was called 'World In Action'. This remix has some dialogue taken and sampled from the 1976 film called "Network": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_(film)

The original music compsed for World in Action was an improvised jam in a studio. The recording session was paid for by the producers of this British television programme. Royalties weren't paid to the musician Shawn Phillips.
